Anchor Gear Co. Return & Exchange Policy
At Anchor Gear Co., we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns only for defective or damaged items.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
To process a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Proof of purchase and photos of the defect are required
Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
Due to the nature of limited-run collections and custom embroidery, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items.
Exchanges
We offer one-time exchanges for sizing or style adjustments.
If you need a different size, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Exchange conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Customers are responsible for return shipping
• Anchor Gear Co. covers the cost of shipping the replacement item

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom or co-branded marina apparel
• Limited promotional items
